High temperatures of the power engineering equipment operation, reaching 400° - 560° C at 200 Mpa pressure, require application of multilayer thermal insulation which:

  • reduces the temperature on the protective coating in accordance with the requirements of safety-at-work regulations
  • limit the water steam temperature drop in the flow passage
  • reduce heat loss which could cause disturbances in normal operation of equipment (thermal expansion, seal durability)

Another advantage of thermal insulation is reducing the noise through limiting the degree of acoustic energy transmission through partition as well as absorbing this energy. The multilayer insulation is fitted with longitudinal and lateral displacement in order to avoid thermal bridges. The aluminium foil layer, working as an anti-convection partition, is often applied to reduce the radiation effects. For the sake of insulation durability various systems of insulation support structures and protective coating for the dilatation effects. For many years we have been cooperating with qualified manufacturers of insulation products (Rockwool, Paroc, Isover) and galvanized sheet (Florian Świętochłowice Steelworks) and aluminium sheet suppliers (Konin Aluminium Steelworks).


When working on technical insulations our main objective is achieving the following technical parameters:

  • good thermal insulation abilities in high temperatures (flat chart ? = f(T)
  • vibration resistance (mechanical resistance)
  • good acoustic insulation abilities resulting from sound absorption and insulation in a wide range of frequencies
  • easy and efficient assembly by using simple tools
  • final result of insulated installation
  • relatively low price

We have qualified personnel both at the workshop production as well as at the on-site assembly stages. Our staff have certificates allowing them to work in the power industry and general production workshop, which lets us guarantee high quality of our services.
